The dates now faded; the stone an ashen gray.

You placed amid the bramble a single red rose.

myriad allegories in this. ..
but mostly, it just is unearthly rapturous for me to read. ..
i love your compounded and concise wordplays. these lines esp are tangiblle; they fit neatly around my mouth and taste of spirituality and reverence.
