Albuquerque Sleeps
Sweet nothings; dreams forever keep.
Desert roads on empty horizons of fear.
Albuquerque now sleeps.
Red mesas rise and kiss the night skies.
Coyotes howl beneath a waning moon.
Chaparral hisses and moans; a desert stranger dies.
Albuquerque sleeps…

Yep, if you don't know where you're going - you could get really lost. but stay on the roads and it will eventually get you "there." We are a beautiful city on the foothills of the Sandia Mountains, and surrounded on the other 3 sides by Indian reservations. Guess I'm partial to where I live.
