Your Soul To Mine

A soft ambers glow filled your smiling eyes.

Sweet Glory personified drew your soul to mine.

Our days are grown in laughter; our nights in tender tears.

I hold you close by my side; I smell the honey in your hair.

I give to you my promise; I’ll forever fend off your fears.

So laugh with me this night as we journey this temporal land.

Understand my love; take hold and grasp my giving hand.

For this day, this night; we together will sail into the light.

We shall stand as one before the darkness, and our love will show us the day…

Kiss me my darling; kiss me in that most special way.

Oh, so romantic! Hard to let go of at the end. Smooth approach, consistent theme, carefully place sentiment. Nicely done!

So beautiful... it is a deeply felt declaration of Christ-like love for your bride. Thank you so much for being her Knight in shining armor, and sharing that with us.
