Bless Us All
Bless us all I say when I walked alone in the dark.
God bless us all; oh this little man with numbered days.
For we travel roads obscure; still we have no clue.
Bless us all; and make unto our haste in this, our hour of need.
Oh little man who has lost his way oh little man forgot to pray.
Proud he stands preening before the opaque mirror naïve.
Touting his importance; lastingly / temporarily filling his empty need.
Oh little man bless you for you glide simple and unaware.
Feigned joy salutes you as you tip and toot, never seeing the snare.
I’m so sorry little man…God Bless us all this day.
