This Journey

This journey now limps and has silently dissolved before my very eyes.

Scattered bones lie like broken reminders of another day and time.

For once before and not long ago, simple little dreams came true .

Yet now with visions obscured; hearts surrender to paler shades of blue.

So tarry not with thefootman; cross not his threshold, nor transgress his dark room.

For the days are counted in nights, and years numbered by the blink of an eye.

For it was once that eternal seasons crept far and long in between. However it is here now that their ending on the horizon looms.

So see now that I am nothing; a mere speck in time…For I in reality cease now to exist.

For there are shadows that now take me and I acquiesce it all unto the emptiness.

Shhh.. Listen...The silence is now soft; distant, and far from the troubled mind.

Oh this journey which limps is now forgotten in whole by time.

The footman, is a black moving shadow of negativity?
The silence, soft far and distant
will find me
I will be someone where Peace
can comfort me
Where the light is bright
and I look forward to a golden warm night
without fright!
Don't let it take your soul away, keep the light within your days...
YOU win!
To only exist without a mission, is like a wheel on and going nowhere... Find a way...
My spirit and positive energy is with you, as you do!
Blessings to you and yours!
Write On!

A toast, to being STRONG! and letting nothing/noone get you down, unless that is where you want/need to be, to be inspired to write- that is your right. :)

I feel the veil open and the waters flow quietly....as we all are adrift.

Allen,

Powerfully penned, flows like a river, your words, your meter, your rhyme. Hypnotic! And that's a very good thing - well done.

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
