Poem Artwork

SileNt  Rage

Poor little sad man formed in humility given by grace.
Oh poor little sad man once caring filled now with rage.
Hostility which once lay dormant now rises forth in proof.
Tribulations played out on souls sincere reveal the hidden truth.

Darkness and evil has become their wicked game.
Disregard for humanity matters not to them the same.
Disillusioned disappointment has stolen this fair heart.

Dragons masquerading as friends pillaged my soul from the start.

Seething; righteous indignation cries out for recompense.

Yea, tis of no use Charlemagne; for the heathen have breached the fence.

Oh poor little sad man has now lost his way…

With peace duly consumed; lost now to silent rage.

This write says it and says it well. Everyone has felt this at one time or another. It is when they consume and lay upon your soul as a heavy burden that you have no way to lift that they can destroy. Pray! It really helps. My counsilor is God.
God Bless,
Lew

This feels too truth to the heart, very intense and sad to say, damn true in life of many from time to time, even myself have been through it! (The trust issues, the lies, the manipulation, the pain, the loneliness) THIS TOO SHALL PASS!
Felt from inside the soul, of the one that knows!
Feels the pain, and if that's so, #1., The trusting friend/etc. is the losing out, with a fine strong soul for a friend! *(YOU)
Rage can turn into RESENT/sometimes rejection for all around, don't let it sour your heart!
Writing is the perfect head start!
STay Positive!
STay SAFE!
STAy STrong!
Warmest Blessings and Peace, Warrior Lady Sweet Sheoxoo

Allen - This is a powerful and honest poem. The form the language takes makes the reader experience the "silent rage" and disappointment. - David

You've written this with such power, that the reader can feel the anger. I think a lot of times, when we become disillusioned, we need be be careful before rage and cynicism devour us. Well written piece.

Powerfully penned - rage a fire gone out of control - only love and compassion can quench it - well done.
