Drifting

Drifting…drifting, ever so drifting am I on the aimless wind.

Thus carried am I by unseen forces to a destination unknown.

Hearts cry aloud into the void, silent voices whisper, whisper come home.

Children of tomorrow stare now with dark eyes at blank walls without dreams.

Ought now this to hope, this silent scream, this voiceless call is redeemed?

Should not the future see yesterday, nor tomorrow the dawn of a new day?

Oh but to sleep the sleep of angels, to tread the paths of a world at peace.

To only for a moment taste the essence of old dreams resurrected amidst a new sea?

Silent is the night as still the ghost of yesterday continues to haunt the mind.

Yet, even in hope; even though dark eyes stare at blank walls…to each is his time.

Through this drifting, you will find your way and the light. It takes time my friend, much time to feel at home once again!
Much peace, love, and healing light,

AS OUR MINDS WANDER BACK TO YESTERDAY, THEN COMES BACK TO THE PRESENT AND GOES ON TO PEER INTO THE FUTURE...THANK GOD, THAT ONE CAN SEE THAT AN AWARENESS OF GOD'S PRESENCE, MADE THE DIFFERENCE YESTERDAY, IS MAKING THE DIFFERENCE FOR US TODAY...WILL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE CHILDREN OF TOMORROW. HE IS OUR ONLY SAVING FORCE AND AS THE WORD SAYS...'FORGETTING THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE BEHIND... WE 'PRESS ON', TO NEW THINGS...OUR ETERNAL HOPE, THOUGH THE WAY BE EBONE SOMETIMES, WE 'PRESS' ON, KNOWING WE WILL BE REWARDED IN DUE TIME.
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS VERY POWERFUL WORK THAT WAS SO ENJOYED. BLESSINGS. JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS

The path and journey through grief is haunting, and strange...the mind throws up myriad scenes of yearning for the old amidst the new...Healing if it ever occurs seems a universe away...
You express the anguish very clearly...and I feel it along with you...but Hope as they say..Springs eternal..
Love and Hugs, Diana
