Brothers With Broken Arms

Shadows have eyes; on hills they silently creep.

Seeing, but not speaking, absent of atonement.

Brothers with broken flaming arms softly weep.

Abandoned smiles fall upon the seas of the wailing dead.

Hope like the unseen wind blow aimless to no end.

Lies crawl like serpents seeking those whom they may devour.

The rape of the soul is upon the bitch who seeks this hour.

Complacent minds sleep….

yet brothers with broken arms….

still weep….
