I’ve Lost My Way
So many were trials these last two years, so many the burdens which to bear.
Each journey was born of its own grief, robbing, stealing bit by bit my faith.
Weakened, broken; torn down from heights of faith I used to always share.
Yet by prayer of others when I fall so low, I’m still able to see by His Glory and grace.
Each trial brought with it its own fear, and each fear fed upon itself and just grew and grew.
Fear of loss after losing gave birth to fear in self and all whilst I never even knew.
Though my belief in God never waned, strife wrought of darkness led me down the wrong way.
Yet my God is good, He knows my trials; He knows my pain.
He spoke to my spirit today and said in love that I was losing my way.
His words brought comfort to this worn and burdened soul.
I will still see trials come my way…I just pray now for even greater faith.

Hugs, Diana...
you had not lost your way, your faith was still there...you were just still mad at Him...for taking away your Leah...she was your love, your life, a part of you as now I am...and I nearly left you, not on my own doing...and the road back has been long and hard and painfull, but you were here for me as now I am here for you...and it has been rough and scary...but God is still waiting, He knows your heart, your fear and your pain...Its you that has to let Him know that you are ready to come back into the fold, to get past your hurt and your pain...we need Him as much as we need each other...
Just remember, the family that prays together, stays together...
How true it is that God never gives us more than we can bear. What a blessing to know that even when trials we face, He is in it with us. Never, never give up hope, my friend. Remember, trials are meant to mature us; in a way, even prepare us to help another who might stumble in our path.
I lost my beloved Dad and friend in September of 2008. As I knelt beside his casket telling him he was no longer in pain, I distinctly heard him say in my heart, "but I'm not there". Instinctively, I knew my Dad was alive in Heaven...as is your Leah, and that brought me great comfort, as it should you.
Now that you've penned your thoughts and feelings, it is an effective way of release. Know that our loving Father knows your pain, and wants to comfort you in His loving arms. Rest in Him, my friend, for there you will once again find your way.
Abundant Blessings,
Lena
Your angel (I went to her pictures) was truly a lovely lady.
Be well,
Christine
He is always with you. Take comfort, Brother. He is ever present to face those trials with you, and carry your burdens.
With love and prayers,
Connie
