Crossroads of time
Crisscross my mind
Leaving doubts about a lingering past
Pondering dreams oft unseen
Parlaying fixations ever last.
Enter hitherto the eclipse of night,
Fraught with perils of impending doom,
So run my children,....Run
For sweet love has taken its flight.
Leaving only the righteous to uphold
That which is void, and restore what is right.
So,
Look not upon the cold and dying sun.
For the captain is at his table,
And the nun is in her room,
They all are praying for salvation
From the destruction
that comes this way soon.
So
Prophet of old,
Be so ever bold,
Take not chance,
Nor give to public sway.
For you have seen,
Beyond the hidden dream,
The destruction of man,
Foretold.
