Passions Sweet Wine

by J. Allen Wilson — Read all 1,629 poems by J. Allen Wilson

Friday, February 13, 2004

Hot wet kisses fell from your tender painted lips,

as wanton primal desires arose quickly from within.

For I watched, as you from the bed to the dresser did walk

And with that eloquent sashay and a tender smile,

you beckoned unto me, not to leave, but to stay awhile.

I felt my heart pound and my head begin to swim,

as I realized that I, was becoming a prisoner to your every whim.

I felt faint from the passion that began to sear my fragile mind

For I long to hold you, and drink from the fruit of your vine.

I want but of your love to savor, I long for a taste,

I want you to want me, I want you to be mine.

For I desire the touch of your bold and hot embrace

And I want to make love to you until the end of time.

So kiss me my darling, and hold me ever so tight,

make love to me like there is no tomorrow,

and chain me to your heart and soul tonight,

for I am intoxicated by your passions sweet wine.
