Written today and dedicated to Dr. Sonia Regina, my "boss" at WordLab (I'm one of their editors, for the monthly issue of "Venusian Poems") - celebrating its anniversary.

and the poem is born

slowly roam the fingers along a corridor of time.
warm, the tips feel pliable walls
silences that pulse, as they do, cores of blood.
the floor is the whole air and the roof exhales all dreams.
lips part at the end of light when the hands
enclose the instants transposed in one sole gesture
of releasing flights, kisses and glows intoning infinites
like stars. the delay is dissolved around the arrival
of words. and the poem is born, once more.

Alexandra,

Being in the presence of the birth of a poem
is to be wrapped in the precious moment of Creation.

Time slows but doesn't stop, don't you love the moment when its set free?! Poems are prayer. They breath spirit, "exhale dreams". And this is one...
