Dear friends, due to serious family health issues and consequent commotions, I’m afraid I won’t be able to post, as well as to read and comment on your writings regularly for a while. So far, as I tried to express in my short poem, “the course” is not very clear yet, but I’m hoping – as is Joseph – that, when “the wake becomes visible in the night”, it may be a luminous one. Meanwhile, I’ll be thinking of you with great affection... and here’s a big, warm {{{{{{{{{{{hug}}}}}}}}}}} enfolding you all!

Like a slow drift
Just a few words… like a slow drift strumming the hull at starboard with all the reserved salt of a course that is not wave as yet. Just a few words… until the wake becomes visible in the night where the embrace is open sea.
This poem describes, so well, that feeling of being adrift yet all the time hopeful for the wake to become visible in the night. Thank You for holding me through this.
Sorry to hear this Alexandra~ Keeping you in prayers and hoping for the best...You have expressed this time so vividly in "Like a slow drift" May God shine down on you both through this lull...
Love and Peace~

Very beautiful in imagery. Life is much like a ship and to be caught adrift is futile. I wish you both well and hope to see you streamlining out on them open seas again soon. In the meantime, God Bless You Both and Take Care.
