Lines not of sense
I
There is this warmth, and there are these thoughts that turn into sights and textures, and, at some point, into the essence of music brushing my skin like a blend of scents.
II
With you I season the air with cinnamon like an apple, or temptation baked soft; sighs, the glimpse of a breast ripe for that glow of fire upon your cheek.
III
Together we pour, now, like a vintage port holding the wood of many ages - then sip from the irrelevance of time in our release.
IV
Lines not of sense, these, but for all senses; and you read me, I know - I can still taste my disclosure, in the shape of your lips…
Totally ab fab, Alexandra. Sooooooooooo Edenic and pure potent, ripe poetry. Adore that last stanza that holds all of the mystery and all of the clarity - like a mirror. The disclosure you speak of is pure chemistry of only two compatible and component parts. This is delight indeed. Thank you for your inspiration and beauty this year and I wish you and Joseph ever-increasing abundance in every way as you continue your life's journey.
