Nostalgia is a thing of the past they say,
Looking at things in a particular way,
A pleasant trip down the memories of time,
Where the old days always somehow seem fine
Remember when, we say and the mind starts to drift,
Down memories lane and we`re given the gift,
Of remembering the pleasant times so long ago,,
Instead of rhe heartaches , as memory flows.
Events and places, good times we shared,
Good friend s surroynded us ,people who cared.
Old Fred so and so oh, I can`t remember his name,
You know who I mean,
his eye always twinkled, his face always beamed.
Tough times glossed over, they were`nt all that bad,
Why should we remember anything sad,
Nostalgia is calling with memories fine
We remember the past days, when we had a good time.
