The sunshine hits the pavement;
not hard to feel the amazement.
Now the wind brushes past my face;
without uncertainty I feel your embrace.
Now the dry leaves give their aroma;
with you there just ain't no scotoma.
Nature has its way of getting through;
the thought of you can never make me blue.
A heart like yours who can find;
it's so preciuos, completely refined.
Just your memory alone can bring a smile;
it's so very true , quite worth the while.
As I see the leaves drop from the tree;
winter will be long, but not for me.
It's your one-of-a-kind heart that sets me free;
winter will turn to spring, this I can foresee.
The sunshine hits the pavement;
not hard to feel the amazement.
Your love still radiates, it's like a jamboree;
my heart will never lack a lovely jubilee.
