This was my first published piece that I actually got paid for :) In Wanton Words Magazines First Issue. It is the oddest times when inspiration may hit, like when you are in the shower.
standing on one leg balancing in the shower just to shave my legs. why do I torture myself with this insane ritual

ROFL! I've never had to shave my legs. Took me 40 years to grow it to the point of visibility, but I like this poem.
I'm not surprised that a mathematician would be a haiku-aholic. :-)

LOL, I have never fallen *knock on wood* But, I am great at cutting my legs, and I'm not talking about nicks, but huge shin long gashes...hmmm...at least I can wear pants for a while, or ling skirts when that happens...men show their shaving scars to the world...

whoever decided women should do this in the first place?

thank goodness we males don't have to shave legs. probably be tons of major back injuries from falling...
