In a time when
I'd given up love for lost.
We found each other
not seeking
nor being sought.

We saw and touched
spoke and understood
listened and felt.
Once more we found the meaning
not remembering the cause.

If on some future day
we find our union
too revaeling to withstand.
The moments of awareness
will warm our memory of loss.

But unto this naught will happen.
As two streams grow and flow
to join as a river.
Are we united
one soul, one heart, one.
