I run into this wall with a lot of my writing. It's hard to abort one's insight. So I usually write the stuff anyway, then delete it later or bury it in a drawer.

This is almost a contradictio in terminis for a writer.
And although freedom of speech and writing is a high value,
it�s an even greater value to have the wisdom to know where to stop and not to hurt others.
