the girls will not look at thier Mama when we are skyping while she is gone

Her loving voice they hear and know
the face they love is on the screen. But our girls will only say no
and turn heads so she is not seen. As if telling me, let her go
she cannot be in the machine. They know not why i"m smiling so
with mom's voice heard while she's unseen. It seems to them so long ago
and a box she cannot be in.
O how sweet Budd this is ,see how children are so innocent and perfect in their love.Such is the sentiment of children , they look not through our hearts and eyes , their view is indeed different. There could be another angle to this. When mom is talking to papa, they are not directly involved ,they want all of her to themselves like they always do!! I have two grown up boys but still behave like kids when it comes to their moma!!JK
Live your life for today for tomorrow may never come. Your kids will go on and live their lives the way they want to whether you like it or hot. Ya just gotta love 'em!!!
Sometimes children grieve in their own ways. To watch her on the screen and not being able to hold her and touch her is painful to them. They may want to remember the time that their mom was actually here to hold them and touch them. Great poem that says volume in a few lines.
