Of Dementia

Am I alive?
I guess so,
Since the sky,
Is still blue.

I still breathe,
Thank God,
But yet the distress,
Is Heavy - All over me.

A burden over my shoulders,
A misery that greets gravity,
I wonder upon the wonderings,
Fearful of the cravings of dementia.
