I sat down and watched
As people hurried about,
Children play and shout,
People scurrying about.

How busy can everyone be?
As busy as a buzzing bee.
I wandered about me,
Wasn't there somewhere I should be?
Wasn't there someone I should see?
A randezvous maybe?
Alas moncherie!
Was I a sad "nobody"?
I might as well be anybody!

In the Whirlwind by Tichaona Chinyelu

In the Whirlwind is a poetic storm that frees history from the cages of corruption and puts it in the hands of everyday people. Words are weaved into a new fashion statement that has nothing to do with runways but everything to do with projects!
