A Writer's Hypocratic Oath By Scott D. Zachary Give me hate, And my writing will castigate. Give me scorn, And my poetry will not be forlorn. Give me greed, And watch my words become a valiant steed. Give me sadness, And I will turn it into gladness. Give me love, And I will return it.

I like this :) It reminded me of a poem by Alexander Shaumyan called "My Advice to a Poet Who Wants to Get Published"--- different thought process and a totally different poem but the main idea threw me that way. I don't think he has it posted at AD, however, it is on his site. http://www.geocities.com/ashaumyan/morepoems/advice.html
