Poet, the vivid descriptions paints a clear picture that these folks should have sought professional help, long before they ever allowed any �silent anger� or the pain that often accompanies it, to fester. The closing though still brought a glimmer of hope that their relationship could be saved, by the simple act of them holding hands. Heartfelt composition. Wonderful job. Thank you for sharing it.

This is exquisite. What I like most is how you paint a simple scene with the right words and leave us contemplating the tide of emotions the poem has evoked. Really wonderful write. Dawn
