Nice to have some time off…

I almost forgot,

What it’s like to have a day off,

And another one tomorrow,

This I could to like, grow…

Laundry done, washed & waxed the company car,

Watchin’ the neighbors get drunk and high,

Fixed the awning so Rufuz has a shady place to lie,

My glasses all fogged up, from sweat I suppose,

In my lounger in the sun and breeze I do repose…

Drinking water by the gallon,

Watched a hawk pick up a mouse in its talon,

Nothing more to do tonight but relax,

Hey, I can actually get to watch some TV,

Something I have in the recent months lacked…

So to all my readers and those that stop into my site,

Have a happy holiday, get drunk, get high, do whatever you might…
