Have had it before,
So I do know the score,
Though the last few times,
No migraine has ensued less or more…
Awoke with a start,
A charley horse in my thigh,
I know the reason why,
Stretched to far, after my morning fart…
Why after a really good nights sleep,
Does it have to end with pain I don’t want to keep,
Back to bed to alleviate a border line headache,
I wish I could easily say that therein I do fake…
