Priceless...

Poem Artwork

Burn our flag,
On your head a rag,
Gas on your hand,
There should be a band,
With the fire you can now play tag...

If someone burns your flag,
Whine and cry you do,
No one understands, only you,
Your hair and beard no longer cut in a shag...

On more time, I can't say it enough,
Burn, Terrorist, Burn,
Screaming in pain, shows you ain't so tough,
I am sure though someone out there,
Will of this poem get in a huff...

Do you remember when cartoons were supposed to be funny? Thanks for the picture, Ed. Don't you just love a great barbecue?

I won't be that person in a huff, Ed, I think this is great!!! and so very true. It is ok to burn our flag because the Danish drew some cartoons that offended them but it is wrong for us to even wear a t-shirt identifying ourselves as an "Infidel"...because it seems to lack sensitivity!!!! go F-ing figure!! And to comment on Ron's words, it is not illegal to burn or dishonor a Koran or any other holy book in our country, but our troops took a whole lot of heat for it and even were decommissioned and dishonorably discharged from the military for offending prisoners in this way.
Take care,
Sherry

Flag burning is not a crime (in other countries). Hell, hatred isn't even a crime. It's when we all get heated up over nothing that our irrationality turns to stupidity, or, in this case, tragedy.

Have you talked to him? Or is he just an animal and object of our hatred. If you did, you would be surprised how intelligent and understanding he is. It is easier to call him names and objectify him.

For all you Christians--Christ said turn the other cheek (burn me).

Amen, let the hairy little bastard burn. Take notice not one of his terrorist buddies was willing to help him.

Though sad to see any human being in that condition, I can't say I'm sorry there is one less terrorist in the world! Good one Ed!

These images speak for themselves. You captured it perfect, Ed. And remember, the patriotic lines goes like this, "Stars and Stripes Forever."

Such shame and ignorance in these photos. This man has no value on this earth whatsoever.

Thanks Ed, for the reminder that America is a beautiful country and "For amber waves of grain."

Who gives a rats a** if someone gets their panties in a knot over this poem. I, for one, am very weary of "turning the other cheek," and having "dialogue." Good going, Ed.

Ed,

The flag is precious to me as a veteran; any time I see someone burning it, it hurts. If these idiots don't like our flag and what it stands for, let 'em burn. I really doubt it they'd like it if we did the same thing...

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.
