Another work week has cometh...

Poem Artwork

Monday morning has arrived,

Another day, another dollar,

Going to work to hear the boss holler,

Another weekend past, survived…J

No desire to go to work,

No desire to deal with the jerk,

But to live one must not his duty shirk,

Keep a smile on your face, better yet a smirk…J

My sinuses are already reminding me they are there,

Take two pills and hope they of me repair,

Weather is about to change, Rufuz does care,

He likes the colder climes, done we are with the summer affair…J

Hello Ed,
I'm glad I'm not the only one who hates Mondays -- this poem brought a smile of understanding for me today.
Well done!

Poor Ed. We all suffer from something, you with your sinuses, and I with my sore throats. Keep the jerk smiling, you need dollars for the pills, alas. Victor
