Some might say, too far to drive,
Some might pray, uncomfortable car to in arrive,
Long distance driving my favorite past time,
Rufuz too does enjoy traveling,
If I had to go without him, I’d not survive…
So off we go tonight to ole’ Kentucky,
We both feel right now quite lucky,
Our passage paid by a good friend, ain’t that ducky,
As well our motel for a few days, that AIN’T yucky…
So this most likely my last for a few days,
Keep us in your thoughts while we’re away,
You will all be in mine, as always and ever,
You’ll know when home I do get,
That will be my first prioritized endeavor…
