Okay, it’s not yet winter,

But summer is definitely gone,

It’s getting colder each morning,

Thankfully I have “SOME” heat,

I took the weather guys warning…

Closed off a few windows,

Of the jalousie variety,

Not all done yet,

As the temps don’t yet get,

Far below the forty degree mark,

Trust me though, everyone in the park,

Are making their winter preparations,

This place will soon get empty, almost stark…

So, what the hey, winter has to sometime come,

Hopefully the snow won’t get too deep,

As without the Jeep I’ve got to live on the cheap,

But for so many years I drove rear wheel drive,

Front wheel drive will have to be what I do this winter with survive…
