Of late I’ve been having stomach pain,
All the time, not only in the rain,
I was afraid to eat for I felt so bad,
I doubled over sometimes, making me mad…
I finally figured it out just today,
After consulting WebMD,
For the weekend there was no other way,
So I popped two Colace and this morning,
Waa-laa, a big movement I did take,
This was all apparently a great big warning…
Drink more water, and get out and walk more,
Take a pill nightly so it doesn’t again occur,
Today I am much happier, as the pain was intense,
You’d think by now, as old as I am, I would have more sense…

Citrucel daily 3 times a day is all
natural fiber with no sugars or artificial
flavors and highly recommended and soluble fiber...
Many do not get enough soluble fiber and I swear by
this product (lol), go to Wal-Mart it's cheapest there...
