A VERY painful reminder of the insanity of this our world...
Unfortunately, NOT fictional...
Taken from a front yard,
Grabbed while playing in the park,
Snatched while walking alone,
Kidnapped by gunpoint,
Abducted & not for ransom…
Drugged so they are kept calm,
Thrown into a locked room,
Beaten into submission,
Never again to see their families,
For a while a life of drear & gloom…
Transported like an animal,
Kept in a box with chains,
The lucky ones stay in their own country,
The rest are sent to countries that pay,
For children to be used, abused & tortured,
This of the world a constant bane…
This trafficking is world wide and how it is going to get stopped is beyond me. IF they are lucky to break free and get home, then they will have to go through therapy and relive what they went through.
I agree with Lark - There are times when only the Death Penalty will do the job properly.
The culprits won't have suffered nearly enough for me ...but they would be stopped and that's the main thing.

This is the one instance where I think the death penalty should be an automatic. Get rid of these traffickers; they don't even deserve a chance at repentance. It is too horrid.
