school busses…
I thought school busses stopped,
at a pre-designated spot?
not at every kids home,
allowing them a chance to just a bit, roam.
we were dropped at even numbered streets,
some had to walk just a block,
we always found it to be kinda neat,
but kids today have it so easy,
maybe it is because of the strangers,
in the world, so sleazy…

I was a school bus driver quite awhile back, and I stopped at each home. I felt better about it; and so did the parents.
