Psychology Of The Mind

The psychology of the human mind is

For those who have nothing better to do.

Leave me lost in the forest of my thoughts,

And I will eventually waddle through its maze.

Each person has a moment of madness

That escapes unknown when it is faced.

Leave the beast alone and it will wither,

Like a leaf in Fall, mother nature knows best.

Why probe the inside of a cranium,

Looking for what might not be there at all.

Leaving the patient anxious that he might be sane.

And it is you, the doctor, who has all the quirks.

Ha ha ha :)

Now for myself, I am a psychology major
in abnormal psychology... basically studying
Bi-polar Disorders, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality
Disorders, A.D.H.D., sociopaths/psychopaths, histrionic disorder,
Somatoform disorders, Dissociative disorders, the list goes on :)

However, it is my opinion in life the so-called "normal" person
which is set by societal standards can be adjusted accordingly to
what society deems normal. That also spans many areas, what we consider normal by U.S. standards may not be considered normal
by others countries with different standards of living... Yes I
can get windy here!

Back to my opinion, we all have our ups and downs as "normal" people... I feel during those periods, having no real documented
disorder we are quite capable of managing to get through them...
If not, perhaps we wish to seek counsel or at least a close friend
to help us through a spot... "which is normal" :)

Good write George

Psychiatrists are some of the craziest people I've known. The mind is a terrible thing to waste, so I'm not digging into any craniums looking for it. Why waste it if you don't have to?

I'm living proof that you can delve within your cranium and still maintain the insanity you were born with.
