Faint are the thoughts
Of years gone bye.
Recollected
With an aging mind.
Some are so vivid,
Like it was yesterday.
Others missing pieces,
Places and events.
So I try to arrange them
So they won't all be lost.
Later more are recalled,
Completing an event.
Lucky to have this memory
Of things of the past.
They can so easily be lost,
But some never forgotten.
