When it comes to politics

My muse has to placate me,

As I hate liars and deceivers,

And they abound in our goverrnment.

Another area which the press subdues

Is abortion and what is happening today.

Hardly a mention in the big three branches

Of so called journalism, of the killings.

Live babies being killed in botched abortions.

But if it was a mistreated dog, tears would be shed,

And it would get much attention in the media.

Not so for a live aborted baby, it is killed.

We lost our Ambassodor and three men,

And we were hoodwinked by our government,

Who didn't lift a finger to help them,

But stonewalled and put out continued fabrications.

Pro-life vs Pro-choice and what that means?
We cherish life, value choices and are reluctant
to compromise both.
Great poem, George.
With warm regards Isabella.

We live in troubled times and it's only going to get worse if humans have anything to do with it.

Love ya!

It's the story of man's inhumanity toward man--more than 100 million dead--and most of it in the pursuit of grotesque notions of religion or corrupt political ideologies.

These Black and Blue Red Zone Days by Aberjhani

Just as life during the pandemic was color-coded with different hues representing different levels of danger, life in its aftermath has become shaded in similar ways. As a self-styled “Seeker of Beauty with Beauty,” (borrowing from a quote by W.E.B.

Giving Myself 'A' Reason For Going On by RickthePoetWarrior

A homonymless man writes shows what it's like to look up the laid he skirts when you’re lying prone(d) to the sidewalk, beer / joint / needle dangling from your hand /lips / arm.
