In the sanctuary of thought,
Where an idea is born.
There is the intutive desire
To capture it before it escapes.
Then it takes a life of its own
When it is paired with other words
That can startle a reader with charm
Or bore him to sleep with nonsense.
The writer is supposed to know
The difference between the two.
How often is the writer blinded
Between this difference when he writes?

I only wish that commenters would be more honest with their comments about what authors write and not be fearful of repercussion. Family and friends are not going to discourage bad writing.
In this case, there is nothing better than a poem that makes a good point like yours.
