I bow to You
saffron haired boy
ever youthful
riding that flaming chariot
across the infinite firmament
Your life giving rays
warm the earth slumbering
beneath night’s star
embroidered blankets

Namaste to the Ocean’s
salty embrace
I kneel on Your sandy shores
kiss the sailor blue waves
rushing into port
streams trickling down
from far off
mountains shrouded in
secrecy
leave their cliff home
seeking refuge in
Your vast womb
O Mother of pearl!

Namaste
Breath of life
salaam to the precious
prana circulating
east, west
lunar and solar
without You
the temple is desolate
black carrions descend
dust, decay
and the wail of grief
can be heard on the wind

every pebble, insect,
animal, plant, specimen
animate, inanimate

Namaste to Love
Perfect God
flowering in our bosom
blood and quintessence
 

I prostrate full body
heart, mind and Soul        
at the Feet of sweet Love
Namaste
