An arrow of flowers
has entered my heart
I sip the heady maroon wine
of His love
and dance through the streets
chanting His glorious name
O Beloved
I am drunk on the beauty of
Your Presence
catch me as
I swoon into Your
Eternal Embrace

Lovely portrayal of the state of being enamored. Your conveyance of how soothing is the wine, == “heady” is perfect, and especially your coupling of “heady maroon.”. But how you use this wine phrase as ‘being’ “His love” is very artful. As is being drunk on someone’s presence. I like this. ~~ djl
