Was Doubting Thomas actually plagued by other problems?
could his doubt have had its root in insecurity old thomas so famous for public incredulity was also a carpenter and some say the twin brother who stood in the shadows tagging along on that ancient journey to golgotha then came the arising and that famous question repeated now for some two thousand years cornerstone of sermons and stories the finest of all parables perhaps showing good people that doubting is more natural than believing then tom reconsidered and since his master (brother) had gone on to a divergent plane the holy doubter must have cast it all aside and become secure in himself ready to sail off to a strange sub-continent preaching and building and with each new congregation his sureness grew into some sort of sainthood yes from unsure insecure follower to that most dangerous of humans an unbridled true believer

The message is one that even after reviewing it once on TNBW, provides still further prompting to examine the value of doubting and the stimulation such inquiry provokes in our often times lazy sentient ability see and understand ideas in multiple ways, each with its own place in our time frame. I love that last line for its unbridled truth. Among the true believers, doubt is now so rampant that a conspiracy theory emerges every day.
