my head is spinning
through the voided blackness,
a hazy layer filtering my reality
from the plane of this world

humans, like shadows creeping
through their existence
as i linger happily in my obscurity,
humming some nameless tune in my head

the grey is quickly sucking
the life from every hue
he's trippin bad, poor soul
but i can't stay to chauffeur~
i've got to make it into the tree
if i want to live by the water's edge

underground reality
each will be pulled back into the earth~
the rest shall live as outcasts
