The line between life and death is a thin one....

In the shadow of a dream
I walk the world above
I spy on the children
hitch a ride with a dove

Play a harp in a angel band
so close to the sun
I get an instant tan
A voice says

Rolling in the meadow
falling on a star
still I feel so happy
I don't know what I are

Skipping in shadows
of a memory
it is the foolish child
that I will see
that child is me

happy as a sunbeam
on its way home
I follow it to a window
my son a child
will not be alone

running in the backgound
I hear every sound
I think it is heaven
perhaps it is just the sound

I feel the blanket
wraped around my soul
my guarden angels says
it is time to go home

With tired eyes
I look around my room
I think this dream
ended way too soon
