I'm just wondering if you need to be free,

Yet you somehow feel you are trapped.

I'm just wondering if you want to be in control;

Yet you feel you are not; And that bothers you.

I'm just wondering if you fear trusting yourself;

And that bothers you.

I'm just wondering if you give more than you take.

You give of yourself, yet you feel your efforts are not appreciated.

I'm just wondering if you need someone in whom you can confide,

Yet you fear placing your trust and confidence in someone.

I'm just wondering if you know that there are those of us

Who love you, Just the way you are.

We don't mind if you are depressed or passionate or happy or sad.

I'm just wondering if you realize there are those of us who trust you

And need you, As much as you need us.

I'm just wondering.
