You are a fantabulous writer Jeff. 'Wish you were here' is one of my all-time favs, oh yeah and 'comfortably numb' and 'us and them'. OK, OK, you got me now, I've gotta put it on. lol

You know, I write some poetry with hidden messages but I don't tell or make it known which is which. lol I have a very mean one in my book and 'He' doesn't have a clue. I'm bad! ;)

You did good Jeff!!! Those who appreciate the Floyd find an ageless collection of music. The words behind the music are as strong as the music itself, as is your poem.

"Every touch and every sound
Rebound as echoes, floating down -- into a mindless, numbing --
Evil void"

These words I have chosen above give truth to all you have stated. We must fill that void, whether will song or verse. It will keep us strong and filled with life. Shine on, Jeff, Shine on.
