Would that I be your vessel;
pour into me yourself –
onto your parchment that is my soul –
your ink-blood – my lifeblood.
Would that my every breath be your every thought –
each thought
that forms inside
your mind – my essence.
Would that my blood be your ink
that flows
so eloquently from
your pen – my heart.
Would that my eyes be your chalices
worthy to be filled
by the pleasures of
the exquisite nectar – your words.
Would that my every thought be your every word,
for I exist to be crafted by you –
your incredibly gifted hand –
your inexplicably passionate heart – my life.

I had to catch my breath whilst reading this poem…Such depth and feeling adheres to your beautiful words…The times we scribe the true sap of our soul..are those times we are irretrievably inspired.
May your inspired thoughts continue...May your quill lay light in your hands.
A most gorgeous scribe…..ty, Dani
Hope you okay!!
