Salt of Me

by Jeff Mason — Read all 207 poems by Jeff Mason

Friday, January 9, 2004

If it's what you want,
You'll never hear from me again...
And I'll cry silent, burning tears...
Of pain that will never end.

I'll ache inside, but you'll never know
That my hurt can't hide my love for you.
The salt of my tears I'll keep and save
To heal your wounds and take away the blue.

Heart wrenchingly beautiful Jeff!

Wonderful talent you have...
Exceptional poetry!
