She exhales.
Crystal blue haze,
Saint Elmo’s palest light,
Painless flame
Between your hands.
Inspiration shimmers
Outside velvet canyon.
Undertones,
Held as willing hostage
From hand to nib,
Beckon.
Urgent gasps
Plead for penetration,
Pen to page…
Come-to-me lover smile.
Monotonic
Muscles clench, pulsating,
Ecstatic sighs
Feed breathing sensation…
Warm blood rush of
Mutual creation.
