Thirty-four lines, hope that it rhymes
Count once more, what a bore, it had better,
Watch for strict signs, won’t miss this time
Follow the rules, to last letter.
Opposed couplets, forward march!
On line, so fine, toss me a vine…
Burn stick incense, pour some red wine.
Iambic pentameter if you please.
If you are not able, then on your knees
And pray…
Wordless goddess never does find
That you’ve wandered out of your mind.
Epic stanza, oblique left!
Can’t count my numbers, make ends meet,
Not again, what a sin, poem in decline.
Keep up your pace, don’t drop those feet.
Repeat, find your thirty-four lines.

I know nothing of style or grace or proper format when writing-
none the less this was a real nice piece of work
much enjoyed
