No ones life will ever be perfect. I pray the reflection in the mirror starring back at you is a reminder of that. Make the best of today, you do not own tomorrow.
Mirror Mirror Mirror mirror on the wall catch me quick before I fall. Help me see just who I am, to walk in peace and understand. Why life has to be so hard, and we often question who we are. I stand on tip toes but cannot reach, things I've hoped for love I seek. So I close my eyes and hide in my dreams, cause I'm happy there in make believe. But dawn always comes and my eyes open wide, reality awakens there's no place to hide. Written by Kathy J Parenteau Copyright © 2000

Very real and revealing poem. Personally I had a very stark, painful and scary dream in which I was able to look into a mirror. But that's another story. Thanks for sharing.

If only everyone would understand that life doesn't have to be perfect, then everyone would be much happier. Sometimes we keep blaming ourselves when things go wrong, but everything always happens for a reason, and life goes on. We just have to pick ourselves up after we have fallen and keep walking.
