I'm not here to say there isn't assholes in the corporate world. What I am here to say is that, just like everyone else, just because you are in the corporate world does not make you a bad person. I'm sure I'll have a few things said about my comment, but I stand by it.

The small potatoes are the ones that get the blunt from the public. You'll never know how much shit the small potatoes have to deal with from both the public's scorn, as well as from the inside employees. Been there and done that. Many jobs have to work hard in order pass an exam. in a competition in order for us to get to another level, there is no short-cuts. You have the experience then you'll apply for a competition to write an exam., then if you've passed the exam. you'll get an interview which may, or may not be to your favour. There is no short-cuts at all, not even for kiss-assers. You'll get the job ONLY if you have gained the experience. Otherwise you can be the small potatoes that work hard to have everyone, including the public to bark at you when they don't get their checks in the mail. Some of the public don't understand, and let out all their frustrations on the small potatoes, which should have been for the higher ups. Anyway...I say that so you'll know. It takes a lot of time and efforts to get up higher. Some competitions require you to write an exams. for an entire day!! You'll have to wreck your brains in order to pass. There is no easy way. Kiss-assers don't count.
